This little company carries her name — and her kindness. Everything we do is a small tribute to the woman who taught us that a warm, cared-for home is one of the most loving things you can give someone.
Our nan Pauline's home was always warm. The kettle was always on. There was always a biscuit somewhere. And no matter what was happening in the world outside, the floors were always spotless and the cushions were always plumped.
She had this way of making people feel safe just by keeping her little house lovely. When we were small, we thought it was magic. As we got older, we realised it was love — quiet, daily, unshowy love — expressed with a duster and a mop and a well-made bed.
When we started Pauline & Pearl, we wanted every home we clean to feel that same way. Cared for. Calm. A place where you can drop your bag by the door and exhale. That's the standard she set for us, and it's the one we hold ourselves to.

Pauline's garden
Pauline spent countless mornings among her roses, potting on cuttings and telling us off for treading on her borders. Her garden always felt calm — small, cared-for, full of life.
That's why we offer garden care as a gentle sister service to our cleaning. Every visit is arranged and managed by Pauline & Pearl and delivered by an approved local professional — the same standard of kindness, indoors and out.
